A Hampton, Virginia jury awarded a woman $3 million for injuries after a dump truck negligently turned in front of her while she was traveling 40 mph. Plaintiff suffered a brain injury which caused headaches, dizziness, memory loss, concentration problems, mood swings, difficulty finding the right words when speaking, balance problems, difficulty sleeping, fatigue, anxiety, and depression.
