Mr. Gill focuses his practice on representing victims of catastrophic injury, especially spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries.

“Representing any client who has suffered severe injuries is an extraordinary privilege,” says Gill. “Almost all of my clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries because of the carelessness of another have had their lives turned upside down, many in ways they never could have imagined. But it is enormously satisfying, especially if I can help my client return to his or her pre-accident level of functioning.”

Mr. Gill is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum®, The Top Trial Lawyers in America®. He was named a Super Lawyer for 2016 by Superlawyers Magazine. As a former prosecutor in Virginia Beach, and now with many years on the defense side, Mr. Gill is also available to handle all types of criminal and traffic matters, including violent felonies, property crimes, drug offenses and DUI cases.

Mr. Gill graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Mary Washington College (now UMW) and attended law school at The Pennsylvania State University, graduating with honors.
